Inside Sales Representative Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values.

Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:50AM - 5:00PM (Overtime Eligible.)

This is an onsite position located in Concord, NC 28027

• Construction or equipment rental experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You have excellent customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• You have basic computer skills & Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• You are good with multi-tasking and able to perform under pressure as tasks will shift by priority.
• You are detail oriented, you will handle customer transactions such as quotes, orders for deliveries, pick ups, and suggestive selling.
• Technologically capable: If you don’t know AS400 or CAD systems it’s okay but be willing to learn!
• You’re a top-notch communicator with an infectious personality; comfortable and charming.
• You are a teamplayer and will be collaborating with other team members: You’ve got sales goals, and you can’t meet all of them alone.
