"Panther Patience": Peter and Aunt May are headed to the museum to see Black Panther and his Vibranium and the folk art exhibit, respectively. As Peter watches Black Panther display the material, Doc Ock shows up and steals it for herself so that she can power up her tentacles. Peter suits up as he and Black Panther chase after the villainess. Throughout their adventure, Peter displays impatience at catching Doc Ock, but Black Panther teaches him patience. Using a squeaky toy version of the Vibranium, that Peter got for his cat, they trick Doc Ock and successfully capture her, all the while Aunt May remained oblivious.
"Lost and Found": As Peter perfects his web bomb, he heads to the movie theater, only to run into Rhino. Before he can stop him, his backpack with Trace-E gets lifted onto a garbage truck and Peter finds himself trying to get his backpack back and stop Rhino who is running through the city and causing trouble for everyone. Eventually, Rhino grabs Peter's backpack first and flees. After calling Aunt May, Peter tries to take everything one step at a time and tricks Rhino into opening his backpack so that Trace-E can activate his web bomb and trap Rhino. Peter gets his backpack back and meets up with Aunt May at the movie theater.
"Attack of the Green Giggles": Peter tried his new camera to take a picture, when suddenly, he saw people laughing. Green Goblin got the green giggle gas to make everyone laugh, while Spidey teams up with Ms. Marvel to catch Green Goblin.
"Test Your Super Strength": Rhino wants to show everyone how strong he is while causing havoc at an amusement. Spidey and Hulk must get him first before it's too late as Spidey works to help Hulk control his anger.
"Green Thumb": While Peter came with Bootsie in the garden, he realized snow instead of the beautiful summer day. WEB-STER told Spidey that there was unusual weather all over the city. Spidey has to work with Ms. Marvel to stop Green Goblin and his weather-controlling device before it's too late.
"Not-So-Fun House": Miles, Gwen, and Peter were excited to go to the amusement park, but Miles can't choose which ride should he go. Green Goblin later showed up and he introduced its fun house who is putting kids in danger. Team Spidey must stop him before it's too late.
"The Great Green Crime Spree": A crime spree is happening in the city and evidence is claiming that Hulk is to blame. Spidey and Ghost-Spider work hard to find clues to see if Hulk is the culprit of not. They both had to work to keep Hulk from both getting angry and getting caught by Detective Helen Stacy. What they soon discover is that Green Goblin and Rhino are the culprits behind the crime spree, as Green Goblin had the brilliant idea to paint Rhino green to look like Hulk in order for the two to frame him. Now Spidey and Ghost-Spider must prove Hulk's innocence to Detective Stacy and apprehend Green Goblin and Rhino.
"Trick or TRACE-E": TRACE-E accidentally lands into one of Green Goblin's pumpkins, and it's up to Spidey, Ghost-Spider, and Spin to get her back before Green Goblin keeps her forever.
"Speedy Spidey Delivery": Hulk's birthday is today. While Peter, Miles, and Gwen were talking with Ms. Marvel, she said that she forgot to bring the cake from the bakery. Spidey grabbed it while Ghost-Spider and Spin are helping Ms. Marvel and Black Panther put up the decorations. Green Goblin and Rhino started to steal Hulk's cake. When Spidey manages to subdue Green Goblin and Rhino, his delivery gets complicated when Doc Ock also gets involved by swiping the cake, having CAL free Green Goblin and Rhino, and trapping Spidey while throwing herself a party. With help from a passing TRACE-E, Spidey is freed by Spin, Ghost Spider, Ms. Marvel, and Black Panther as all three villains are apprehended. When Hulk arrives to his birthday party and sees his cake, he finds it a mess and claims that it's his favorite cake called "Green Smash Cake".
"Spider Monkey": Peter and Gwen were excited to go to the zoo, by seeing Skippey the Monkey. Suddenly, Rhino took him and he renamed him to Scretchey. Spidey and Ghost-Spider must catch him before it's too late and protect the other animals from the zoo.
"Swing With a Stomp": Doc Ock is up to no good again. She interrupted the concert and started to hypnotize everyone with her own hypno-beat to do what she says. Ghost-Spider was safe while Spidey and Spin loosed, and they also got hypnotized by her. Ghost-Spider figured out to turn back Spidey and Spin to normal. Later Team Spidey must turn everyone back to normal with her drumbeats.
"Gobby on Ice": Miles accidentally broke his com-link, and while Peter and Gwen tried to call him, he didn't answer, so Miles came and told Gwen and Peter what happened. Green Goblin got the remote control to make snowmen move and ruining everyone's day, so it's up to Team Spidey to stop Green Goblin before he causes more trouble.
"Coming Clean": Peter made a new invention which he can clean the trash that is in the form of a blob. When it is put to the test, it goes wrong as the blob started eating other stuff. Spidey and Spin have to work together to stop the blob and return the things back before Aunt May returns.
"Washed Away": Peter made a few adjustments on TRACE-E while WEB-STER told Spidey and Miss Marvel that there is trouble in the park. They discovered that someone must have flooded the park and it's Green Goblin who caused all of this.
"Bridge Bandit": A traffic jam is at the Midtown Bridge, apparently Green Goblin and Rhino told people that they are not moving until they get their money. Team Spidey must grab their vehicles and stop them so they can be home to finish the dinner for Aunt May.
"Puppy Pandemonium": Peter's neighbor tells him to look after her dog, while Spidey and Ghost-Spider go to the mall and stop Rhino rampaging at the mall.
"Doc Ock and the Shocktobots": Doc Ock steals Black Panther's Vibranium to make lots of Shocktobots, a group of electrical Octobots. Spidey and Black Panther have to stop her before she causes more crime spree and Black Panther must get his Vibranium back.
"TWIST-E": Peter decided to add a little detail on TRACE-E, while he saw the Aunt May alert, telling WEB-STER that she is in the house looking for Peter. While Peter was gone, Miles decided to make a robot by himself and then he showed it to Peter. Suddenly, the robot TWIST-E spins rampantly, so Spidey and Spin have to work together. TWIST-E also broke one of Doc Ock's inventions. She then took TWIST-E so that she could rebuild him and make him sound like a villain. Spidey and Spin find Doc Ock's lair trashed by TWIST-E as Spin turns it off. Spidey and Spin then web up Doc Ock and leave her for the police. With Peter's help, TWIST-E is officially completed so he can behave better.
"Gobby's Rotten Pumpkin Hunt": Green Goblin has stolen 3 pumpkins while Team Spidey must follow them and stop him from his pumpkin hunt.
"Superhero Switcheroo": Doc Ock is on her latest crime spree. Her new invention has caused Spidey and Hulk to switch abilities. Now they must work to master each other's abilities in order to defeat Doc Ock and get their respectful abilities back.
"Foam Sweet Foam": Spidey creates a new web formula, but it becomes a failure. Green Goblin terrorizes the city again, and Team Spidey must stop him while Spidey learns how to make his new web formula right.
"A Sticky Situation": Peter accidentally glues himself to Gwen with his new web formula, so they must work together to solve a problem while trying to stop Green Goblin and Rhino's tricks.
"A Pumpkin Problem": Peter and Aunt May worked so hard on growing the pumpkin. Green Goblin later showed up and grabbed Aunt May's pumpkin. Aunt May grabbed a truck and caught the pumpkin while Spidey must stop him before he causes more trouble. At the end the pumpkin smashes open but Peter and Aunt May declare that they are in 1st place.
"Construction Destruction": A squirrel wreaks havoc while Spidey, Hulk, and Ms. Marvel try to get him down, but he is getting too fast.
"The Case of the Burgling Book Bandit": Spidey, Ghost-Spider, and Spin are called in to investigate the missing library books. They find that Doc Ock is responsible while CAL is taking an interest in reading.

"Black Cat Chaos": As Spidey chases after Black Cat, he is assisted by Iron Man where Black Cat got away. While at the park, Tony Stark tells Spidey how his armor that can be summoned from his sunglasses works. Black Cat steals the sunglasses and unintentionally causes havoc. Now Spidey must work to catch Black Cat while Tony works on an invention to deactivate his armor.
"Sandman Won't Share!": During a day at the beach, Aunt May goes roller blading while Peter, Gwen, and Miles build a sandcastle. Everyone's activities on the beach is disrupted when Sandman attacks by destroying all the sandcastles and driving everyone off the beach. As Sandman can turn into sand to avoid the web attacks while planning to make the best sandcastle on the beach, Team Spidey must find a way to defeat Sandman.
"Trouble at Tony's": Team Spidey arrives at Tony Stark's apartment where he shows off its different gadgets there. But his main gadgets that he has been developing are gauntlets that can shoot either fire, water, or electricity. Electro hears about the electricity gauntlet and want to steal it. To lure Iron Man away, Electro does a prank call by posing as a representative of the Mayor of Manhattan's office stating that she urgently wants to see Tony. While Tony is away, Team Spidey is left to keep Electro from getting the electricity gauntlet.
"Mini Golf Goof": Gwen and Helen are playing at the miniature golf course as Gwen struggles with the windmill shot. After Gwen does the shot, nobody's golf balls emerge from all over the course. It is discovered that Green Goblin is responsible for the missing golf balls as They shoot goo all over the miniature golf course. Becoming Ghost-Spider, she helps Helen evacuate the golfers. As Ghost-Spider finds that Green Goblin's windmill is spider-proof, she calls upon the assistance of Ant-Man and Wasp to get inside the windmill.
"Surprise Party Surprise": Today is Ghost-Spider's birthday as Spidey and Spin prepare a surprise party with help from Iron Man, Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and Black Panther who have set up WEB-Quarters with birthday decoration. As Spidey and Spin plan to bring Ghost-Spider to WEB-Quarters, they have to contend with Rhino stealing pizzas from other people, Electro tampering with the stoplights and a train, Green Goblin stealing a safe, Black Cat robbing a jewelry store, and Sandman making use of a pile of sand to cause traffic.
"The Ant Thief": Gwen and Miles visit the museum were an Old McDonut's food truck that sells donuts made from natural ingredients. The museum's alarm goes off where it ends up robbed by as Mr. Von Carnegie states that the Royal Diamonds Exhibit were stolen. Ghost-Spider and Spin find one of the diamonds going into a hole. They enlist Ant-Man and Wasp to go into the hole where they used the shrink disks containing the particles that Ant-Man originally invented to shrink Ghost-Spider and Spin as well. After removing a strange helmet from an ant, they discover that the ants were being mind-controlled by Doc Ock to steal the diamonds.
"Too Much Fun": Peter, Gwen, and Miles are spending time at the amusement park with Aunt May. Displeased with an amusement park ride that she rode, Electro uses her powers to make every ride faster with one incident causes Peter to suffer the side effects of having corn dogs before his ride. While Peter fights off the side-effects of having too many corn dogs, Gwen and Miles become Ghost-Spider and Spin to corral some of the rides. After Peter recovers from his queasy condition, he becomes Spidey so that he can help stop the runaway amusement park rides and defeat Electro.
"Merry Spidey Christmas": During the Christmas season, the Mayor of New York hosts an event where Team Spidey lights up the decorations. Electro, Green Goblin, and Rhino plan to ruin everyone's good time that involves Electro stealing the electricity so that Green Goblin can steal the presents and Rhino can go on a rampage. After Green Goblin and Rhino are subdued, Team Spidey uses their Glow Webs to decorate the area and then work to teach Electro, Green Goblin, and Rhino the true meaning of Christmas.
"The Hangout Headache": While working on an experiment in Web-Quarters, Spidey gets a notification from WEB-STER that Green Goblin is at Jerry's Junkyard where Hulk's Smash Yard is located. While Jerry's magnet crane cleans up the mess Green Goblin caused, Spidey and Hulk head to Web-Quarters to have WEB-STER search for Green Goblin as Hulk's attempt to kill time accidentally causes damages there. When Green Goblin is found, they return to Jerry's Junkyard where Green Goblin steals the magnet off the magnet crane so that he can steal anything that's made of metal.
"It's Bad to be Gooed": Peter, Gwen, and Miles go camping with Jefferson seeing all of the creatures in nature. What isn't natural is orange goo floating in the river as Jefferson takes the river turtles to the ranger station to take care of them. Assuming their superhero identities, Team Spidey find that the dam is leaking goo as the interior has been converted into a goo factory by Green Goblin. Now Team Spidey must outmaneuver Green Goblin's traps and defeat Green Goblin so that clean water can emerge from the dam again.
"Green Goblin's Dino Disaster": Spidey and Reptil host an event at the zoo where they talk about dinosaurs. as Spidey has to help Mrs. Kimathi lure out a squirrel from a parrot habitat. Before Reptil can turn into a dinosaur for the visitor, Green Goblin attacks in his T-Rex 3000 where it has a tail weapon and other features. Green Goblin soon loses control of the T-Rex 3000 due to a squirrel stowaway. Now Spidey and Reptil must get the squirrel out of the T-Rex 3000 and find a way to deactivate it.
"Oh No, Tomatoes!": Miles is watering Rio's tomatoes which she is going to use for her salsa de tomate which she plans to serve during the big community dinner at the community center run by Mr. Kim. While looking for food, Rhino breaks into the community center and steals the tomatoes (which he mistakes for apples) that Rio was planning to use. Miles becomes Spin and pursues Rhino and order to get back the tomatoes before the big community dinner.
"Doc Ock & The Rocktobots": Team Spidey has been asked to perform at the children's concert in Central Park where toys are being donated. The upcoming event is delayed due to Doc Ock crashing the promotion stating that she has put together a band called Doc Ock & The Rocktobots. She plans to use this performance to steal all the toys. After different delays, Team Spidey make their way to the concert where they find that Green Goblin, Electro, and Rhino are part of Doc Ock & The Rocktobots. Now Team Spidey must thwart Doc Ock & The Rocktobots and save the concert.
"Bad Bot": Team Spidey puts TRACE-E through an obstacle course to improve its training. When TRACE-E completes the training, WEB-STER informs Team Spidey of something big running through Central Park. They find a giant robot rampaging through Central Park as part of Doc Ock and CAL's plot to switch TRACE-E with an evil duplicate as part of her plan to lure them into a trap. Once that is done, Doc Ock traps them in a laser cage and has Fake TRACE-E guard them so that she can take over the city. Now TRACE-E must break free in order to rescue Team Spidey and defeat Doc Ock and Fake TRACE-E.
"Water Woes": During a hot day, Peter waters the garden when the water stops flowing. It stops running all over the neighbor. Arriving at WEB-Quarters, Team Spidey learns from WEB-STER that water is disappearing all over the city. After finding a hose that is draining the community pool, Team Spidey follows it to the sewers where they follow a pipe to Goblin Island where Doc Ock and Green Goblin are using Goblin Island's lighthouse to control the city's water supply. Now they must find a way to return the water to the city and defeat Doc Ock and Green Goblin.
"Mystery On Goblin Island": Gwen brings Peter and Miles to the harbor where they find a new organic ice cream truck. They find Mr. Von Carnegie who is heading to an island where Web-Beard has buried his treasure. He arrives on Goblin Island where he uses his metal detector to find any buried treasure where he finds a treasure map. Witnessing this from afar, Green Goblin and Rhino work to steal it so that they can keep the treasure for themselves. WEB-STER picks up his distress call as Team Spidey heads to Goblin Island to rescue Mr. Von Carnegie and keep Green Goblin and Rhino from claiming the treasure.
"A Day With Black Panther": Spin meets up with Black Panther for a tour of New York City. They end up on a detour when they find Electro disrupting a recital. Spin and Black Panther drive her off. Resuming their tour, Spin and Black Panther have the pizza made by Moe as Electro works to ruin their fun like burning the pizza, stealing the Panther Patroller, wrecking Mr. Kielbasa's hot dog cart, conspiring to wreck the green screens at Times Square, and wrecking the subway tracks. Now Spin and Black Panther must thwart Electro before she can ruin their tour.
"Spidey Cat": After giving Bootsie a Spidey mask, Spidey and Spin end up bringing up Bootsie with them as Green Goblin causes havoc in town. Green Goblin baits Spidey and Spin into a warehouse where he traps them in his Spidey Power Snatcher machine in order to steal their powers. Unfortunately, Bootsie ends up getting the spider powers as Spidey and Spin break free to get Bootsie so that the power transfer can be undone.
"Little Ant, Big Problem": Spidey's pet ant accidentally grows into a dog size and running all around in the house after he uses his own gauntlet to make himself big, now he along with Ant-Man and Wasp have to find a way to shrink him back down to ant size, before Aunt May finishes preparing dinner outside for the guests.
"Outsmarted by Art": At the community garden, the community art fair is being held where Spin and Hulk are helping out. Hulk has made a sand art of himself. Just then, Sandman arrives, where he ruins all the art at the community art fair while claiming to be the best artist. Then he causes trouble at the mall, and eventually proceeds to cause trouble at a construction site. Throughout all this, Sandman is finding ways to avoid the attacks of both Spin and Hulk, in addition to taking advantage of Hulk's rage in order to outsmart him. Now Spin and Hulk must find a new way to stop Sandman before he causes more havoc.
"The Lost Web Shooter": Spidey finds Doc Ock robbing an armored car. Upon pursuing her to the park, their tug of war over the money bags causes Spidey to lose one his web shooters. Spidey contacts TRACE-E, TWIRL-E, and TWIST-E and asks them to look for his missing web shooter while he goes to help Aunt May in the garden. Doc Ock dispatches CAL to get the money bag she hid in the tree. The web shooter is found by two kids named Will and Lizzy as they use it to help people. CAL finds the kids with the web shooter causing Doc Ock to go after the web shooter. Peter is informed of what happened and tells TRACE-E to stall CAL until he arrives so that he can reclaim his web shooter and defeat Doc Ock and CAL.
"Bunny Bonanza": Team Spidey must help Hulk get all the bunnies organized at the community park, and stop Doc Ock and her duplicate machine after she multiplies Bun Buns.
"Daytime at Nighttime": Team Spidey are camping in the woods with Miles' father, but Electro disturbs all the nocturnal animals with her fireworks show. And Team Spidey must stop her before daytime.
"Spideys in Space!": Iron Man is kidnapped by Doc Ock and CAL in outer space and Team Spidey must save him before they build their secret lair on the Moon.
"Whale of a Time": Peter, Gwen, Miles, and Aunt May are on a whale-watching tour run by Isla Coralton. The event is disrupted by a sound that drives them off. Suspicious about where the sound comes from, Peter, Gwen, and Miles assume their superhero forms in aquatic mode to investigate while freeing a baby whale. They discover that Doc Ock and her whale submarine is responsible for the disruption of the whales so that she can take over the harbor.
"The Octopus and the Kitty Cat": At the arcade, Gwen and Miles are playing a dancing video game. Doc Ock and CAL use a new invention called the Octo-Portal in order to rob the mall. The first target is a jeweled octopus from a jewelry store which CAL targets disastrously. With CAL subdued by Ghost-Spider and Spin, Black Cat goes after the jeweled octopus. When the jeweled octopus is reclaimed by Ghost-Spider and Spin, Doc Ock frees CAL and enlists Black Cat into collaborating on a heist of sparkly stuff using the Octo-Portal. Now Ghost-Spider and Spin must work to outwit Doc Ock and Black Cat.
"An UnBEElievable Rosh Hashanah": On Rosh Hashanah, Spidey and Spin arrive at the community center and meet up with Thing, who has taken up beekeeping. However, the bees suddenly fly away as Green Goblin is controlling them using a special helmet, the Bee-Con, to use their honey to make special goo. Now Team Spidey and Thing must head to Goblin Island to save the bees and defeat Green Goblin.
"Too Many Tricks, Not Enough Treats": Green Goblin activates all the pumpkin-headed scarecrows and take all the candy on Halloween including Black Cat's bucket full of candy. So, Team Spidey must defeat him with some unlikely help from Black Cat before the Halloween Block Party is ruined.
"Dome Alone": Team Spidey are helping Thing get ready for the block party at the community center. Due to a mishap with trying to drill a hole for a sandbox, Spin heads to WEB-Quarters to get new art supplies. Zola traps Spidey, Ghosty, and Thing in a dome surrounding the community center, causes trouble in the city, and releases his friends called the Hydrabots. Spin must save the day by freeing his friends and defeating Zola and the Hydrabots.

"Flight of the Butterflies": Peter, Gwen, Miles, and Rio attend an event in the flower garden where the butterflies are getting ready for their migration by drinking nectar from the flowers. Displeased that nobody is at the playground, Sandman crashes the event where he uses his sand-nado to scare away everyone. Then he proceeds to make the sand-nado bigger so that he can suck up the butterflies. After tricking Sandman, Team Spidey must rescue the butterflies from a sand-blocked cave on Goblin Island and find a way to defeat Sandman and his sand-nado.
"Lemur at Large": Ghost-Spider, Ant-Man, and Wasp visit the zoo where they get a tour of the zoo from Ms. Kimanthi. While feeding the giraffe, they find that a ring-tailed lemur named Buster has snatched a kid's ice cream sandwich. Buster is known to be sneaky where he takes things that aren't his. He secretly snatches Ms. Kimanthi's keys and snatches Wasp's gauntlet where it accidentally shrinks a zebra, a giraffe, and a lion enough for them to get out of their enclosures. As Ghost-Spider, Ant-Man, and Wasp work to round up the shrunken animals, they must work to catch Buster even when he accidentally grows to large size.
"Stuck in Space": Spider-Man and TRACE-E give Thing and H.E.R.B.I.E. a ride in the Spider Crawl-R. Zola catches a glimpse of the Spider Crawl-R and plans to claim it. When asteroids break an antenna on the Moon's science center, Spidey, TRACE-E, Thing, and H.E.R.B.I.E. head to the Moon to help repair it. Upon arrival on the Moon, Spidey and Thing work to repair the antenna as Zola infiltrates the Spider Crawl-R. He takes off with the Spider Crawl-R unaware that TRACE-E and H.E.R.B.I.E. are still on the Spider Crawl-R. TRACE-E and H.E.R.B.I.E. work to reclaim control over the Spider Crawl-R so that Spidey and Thing can leave the Moon.
"Let It Snowball, Let It Snowball, Let It Snowball": During the holiday season, Jefferson takes Miles to a snowy park in order to try out Miles' new sled. Displeased with the wintry conditions, Zola takes control of the park causing trouble for everyone. While Jefferson distracts Zola, Miles becomes Spin to build a snow wall. After changing back into Miles, he and Jefferson take on Zola in a snowball fight as Zola unleashes his Hydrabots to help him out. Jefferson distracts the Hydrabots while Miles becomes Spin to help reclaim the park and defeat Zola and the Hydrabots.
"Rainy River Run": During a rainy day, Peter puts together a raft that he made from popsicle sticks and walnuts. Aunt May gives Peter a figurine that she made when she was a kid named Adeline. Despite the rain stopping, Peter tests it on a puddle. More rain appears and it causes the raft to enter the storm drain. When the raft enters the storm drain, Peter becomes Spidey and calls in Ant-Man for help to rescue the raft as Ant-Man shrinks the both of them in order to enter the storm drain.
"Dog vs Cat": In Central Park, Ms. Marvel is playing frisbee with Lockjaw as the Team Spidey shows up. While Ms. Marvel goes to see her parents, Team Spidey watches over Lockjaw while receiving advice on whistling to get Lockjaw under control. When the frisbee goes too far thanks to the wind, Lockjaw sees Black Cat pocketing a produce vendor's bracelet and chases after her as she also makes off with Mr. Von Carnegie's gold watch. Team Spidey finds out what happens as they go after Lockjaw and Black Cat where they must get Lockjaw back under control and thwart Black Cat.
"Villaintines Day": On Valentine's Day, Peter, Gwen, and Miles work on their Valentine products for their family members. WEB-STER contacts them to inform them that Green Goblin and Rhino are causing trouble downtown. This havoc involves them promoting Villaintine's Day while stealing Valentine's Day goodies from everyone and using arrows loaded with Pumpkin Pranks. With Green Goblin and Rhino having mentioned that they have taken the Valentine goodies to someplace amusing and fun, Team Spidey find the funhouse decorated by Green Goblin as they enter the funhouse and contend with the different traps in order to save Valentine's Day and defeat Green Goblin and Rhino.
